Why We Designed This

Our bamboo easels are a more sustainable choice than metal models because they have a smaller carbon footprint. Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows quickly and sequesters carbon, unlike steel which produces carbon. This bamboo version of our award-winning Royal® Reading Writing Center has the same unique features to help you teach more efficiently while engaging your students. This easel is an essential teaching tool. It combines a chart stand, storage for books and materials, dry-erase surfaces, and a book ledge for storytime. The Bamboo Royal Reading Writing Center was designed to bring natural elements into the classroom and is ideal for neutral or early years environments.

For every bamboo product purchased, Copernicus will make a donation to conserve natural panda habitat through the World Wildlife Fund.

Our finish is a nitrocellulose lacquer. Lacquers are a popular finish type for furniture, and the preferred choice of professional furniture makers. Lacquers provide a clear, durable, and water-resistant finish, that protects the base material while also enhancing its appearance.

Design

To make sure your dry erase board lasts as long as possible, use non-abrasive cleaners and erasers, do not use permanent markers, and do not put tape on the board.
- When recycled materials are available, we use up to 25% recycled content.
- Made with bamboo, a renewable resource, giving this bamboo center a carbon footprint approximately 32% lower than our metal option. We purchase our bamboo material from FSC certified suppliers.
- For every bamboo product purchased, we will make a donation to conserve natural panda habitat through the World Wildlife Fund.
- Have a part that needs replacing? Utilize our Whiteboard Replacement Program or our Replacement Parts Program to keep your product in use longer.

Packaging
